Classic design, striking and endearing.
1 of 1 found this helpful This is a classic design by Lego. The colors, shapes, and mechanics all come together in a striking but endearing look. I've watched some tips and tricks on Youtube by people who have slightly modified the original mechanics to make this train run more smoothly with Lego Power Functions; so I would recommend you do a little research after you build it, but before you purchase and install any Power Functions. My only concern about the product is that a very few small brown pieces cracked a bit while I was building the passenger car, but that was the only incident of this in all the Lego sets I've built, so perhaps it was an anomaly? All in all, a great product, and one that will add much to my family's Lego village.
