  Item is USED, not new and is not in original packaging as described. It came packaged reasonably well, but certainly not in "original packaging". It is in good condition, but not new condition. There is minor damage to the bottom feet and a small scratch on bottom. Seller does not accept returns. It was purchase as a gift for a collector so I need to keep looking for a new one.

  The item was well packaged. It arrived in perfect condition. The ornament looked brand new. The price tag was torn off the box so that was a little disappointing. There was also some tape residue on the side of the box which I was able to carefully clean off with Goo Gone.
