Just as expected
This was to replace an identical "universal" remote that had died (device selection buttons became balky).
Even though I knew it was an open box item (and it was), the unit appeared in perfect (i.e., unused) condition — like new. All instructions were included.
Wife is delighted and so I am delighted.

Worked perfectly with more power
Well packaged, on time. Did a full reset and proceeded without issues to set up the extreme to connect to the Xfinity Gateway and then to my home extenders. Do use the latest Airport Utility. Very pleased.

Delighted I purchased it.
Router needed new firmware (no big deal) and I gave it the factory reset to start from scratch. Connected to my other base as an extension with multiple ethernet connectivity.
Works perfectly.
