Good product needs crocodile clips to be great.

The one issue with this is that it does not come with crocodile clips. I hadn't realised this when I purchased it and had to obtain a set of crocodile clips from elsewhere. Other than that I've had a few of this model and find the trickle charging excellent for maintenance of batteries. I also find the information screen to be far more usable than products from other companies that use indicator lights instead.

Good Fit (For My Purposes)

I needed a very narrow bayonet to take a 15mm bulb as I had picked up a handheld 12volt lamp at an autojumble with a 20mm throat into which the bayonet needed to fit. This is 17mm OD and gives me 3mm to fit some insulation also the fittings for the cables are at the rear (several others seem to be on the side) this fits my purposes well. This was the closest match to my requirements that I could find

It works

As an item for converting from USB C to VGA (which is why I bought it) then it is of very reliable design. I have had no problems receiving a video signal on a VGA cable driven monitor from a USB C connector on my laptop. However I would point out to potential purchasers that the holes in the converter for the screws of the VGA cable do not line up in the version I received. This means that there is no way to keep the converter and the VGA cable together when in use. I have to keep the VGA connector and this converter cable held together with elastic bands. So functional but not ideal.
