Upon sale, was informed of the £11 promoted listing fee. As a first time seller this was very unclear and sneaky wording from eBay. Ridiculous cost of postage & compensation fee. Really not happy that an £85 sale has resulted in me receiving £57. Summed up by 'positive' being the only 'How did it go?' Response....

The mop works fine but since it is a refurbished unit it has been used previously. The previous owner used a strong detergent in the mop for some reason, so whenever I use it the place stinks of it. I have tried flushing it out numerous times but cannot get rid of the chemical smell. Aside from that is a great mop and performs well.
