  This seller was great to work with! They accidentally shipped me the wrong machine—they had 2 very similar listings, totally understandable. When I messaged them they responded right away, sent me a label to ship them back the first machine, and quickly shipped me the correct machine. They covered all extra shipping fees. Shipping was extremely fast both times. And my new machine is amazing! It works great and came with everything in the photo—tons of accessories, a great value for the price!

  Ordered the machine March 5th and received it noon March 8th. It was packaged like it came from the factory. Looks brand new and everything with it looks the same way. Was missing two small items that were shown in the picture. Contacted seller and they responded within 30 minutes and said they would ship them on Monday. I am very pleased with the purchase and dealing with this seller. Will definitely check their site for items I may want/need for the machine in the future.

  Seller was amazing I was intreasted in the bernina square hoop and the midi hoop and a usb stick the item said used but when it arrived they was like brand new and packaging im so happy with my purchase the seller parcelled up all item's so saved on postage I did get a tax import duty charges but I did realise I haven't tick the box properly which was my fault not the sellers im still very happy now I can use the square hoop to do my quilting so worth the money the midi hoop really big thankyou
