Title is just fine
before installation sand down the burrs and rough edges with some 400 grit sand paper it will help the nylon bearings rotate smoother and last longer.

Good quality product
The tires on my Winnebago are 8x17.5 and this cinches up good and tight, much higher quality than one would think
