Great product saves money, time, time, effort. Windows 7 is the only ssue.

We bought this unit as it has the USB connectivity. The unit works perfectly when used on all our computers that do not use windows 7. However, we can not get this to operate with windows 7 . We have this same issue with other printers and plug in products so we know the problem is not with the printer.
