Original Pioneer CU-SX086 Stereo Receiver Remote Control Unit

Remote with very limited scope

I ordered the remote because the receiver is black and is hard to see the small buttons. The remote does the job, but works in small area around the power switch. You can't just point the remote towards the receiver and expect to work. I takes exact pointing. I assume the remotes at the time were not so easy to use. Still helps to navigate the system.

Still relevant for the artist

This book is first English edition from 1975. After the monumental work of Max Doerner, this book is more modern view and includes acrylic grounds and paints. Kurt Wehlte also gives information about mixed technique. The reprints after this hard cover edition have been somehow abbreviated and the font have been shrieked to fit in 350 - 400 pages instead of 800 pages and are missing the photographs. Since is 40 years old some technical abbreviations for the pigments (like PY37) are missing but the chemical composition is given. It is the only book comparable to inspirational work of Max Doerner.

Good replacement

I plugged the cable of the adapter in the small receptacle next to the control knob. After reasonable time the battery was recharged. I am satisfied with the product.
