    Seller did a terrible job packing this item, probably to save a few bucks on shipping. But packing a fragile item in brown wrapping paper instead of putting it in a box was just irresponsible. Yes, I received a refund but no, I'm not happy about the whole situation. Btw, seller relisted item without bothering to update pictures and just says in description to not buy item if you want a perfect box.
