Extremely disappointed!

I bought this table because I believe that you get what you pay for meaning that if I spent a higher price I would receive a better quality. In this case that statement is wrong, in fact couldn’t be further from the truth. The bed has sunken and I’ve only had it 6 months! It’s made with memory foam. It looks awful. I did send an email with photos but the reply told me that that was normal. It’s flat now, not the comfort I want for my clients.
