  Item was packaged poorly so was further damaged during shipping. Seller was unwilling to refund part of cost to resolve. Item was listed as a parts sign, at a very low cost, and already had significant damage, but that does not excuse being poorly packaged. No bubble wrap was used and the box was too small. I presented a photo that clearly showed the additional damage.
