Purchased 2 of these dual display monitor, but turns out to be defective. It has been constantly overheating and blacked out my external monitor on daily basis. This happened in the very basic use case, connecting this Hub usb to Macbook and then HDMI port to external 32" monitor. Would definitely not recommending this item.
