Good value for the cost
I bought this 3-handset unit for my 81-yr old mom and expected she would need me to set it up for her. She still uses an answering machine vs. voicemail and likes to turn the ringer off while she sleeps. She was able to set the units up herself, including recording her outgoing message and turning the ringer off. The sound quality is as good as her previous unit which cost around $125. She's happy with the purchase and found the manual easy to follow.
