I have been collecting church spiral bound recipe books for 46 years. I cooking with the horse and buggy people ll . This is a very interesting collection of amish recipes from 207 amish women of Holmes county Ohio. I am very satisfied with this recipe book. Will be purchasing another from this collection In the future.

Skinny fiber
5 of 12 found this helpful So happy to find a weight lose product that does not contain harmful ingredients. Skinny fiber has helped me control my bad snacking habit. The first week alone I lost 3 pounds which was not hard. I am not deprived from foods I love. I eat what I like but am satisfied with small portions. Will be ordering skinny fiber again
