Nikon Fm 35mm film camera
This camera Is probably close to 30 years old. They were a compact high quality manual camera that does not need a battery except to run the light meter. This model is full of high quality machined parts and is practically bulletproof. A lot of pros who already owned f3 highpoint pro camera bought these for backup and informal shooting. The camera uses Nikon auto indexing lens and earlier. Shutter speed tops at 1/1000 and flash guide number is 1/125. They are priced reasonably now. I am tickled to have one just to collect if not to use. I wish that i could still buy slide film for this camera. If you have lots of money buy a Nikon Fm2 which has 1/4000 top speed and later models have an aluminum shutter instead of a titanium shutter that the first ones had. Both are good but go for the aluminum one if possible. If you ever wanted a high quality Nikon buy one of these while you can! Larry
