Evidently wasn't the right fix.
Watched some You Tube Tv fix videos for my Vizio TV. Main board was the most logical place to start to restore the black screen. Product was an exact match and easily swapped to Tv. Didn't fix the problem. I took a $55 chance and it failed.

Easy install
8 screws to take out the old board, easy clip in wire connectors make it easy to change board out and reinstall.

Probably would work well for some applications.
I thought this would work like a wireless remote, had no idea that it had to be hard wired in the old fan electrical box. I wasted my money because the place I wanted to operate the fan from was outside of the room where I would of had to rewire the fan to. It could work well for some but, not what I was looking for.
