To Access Support You Must Have Great Patience
It took a month to read, test and install. Queue for the initlal install support was quicker on the phone (1hr 40 mins) vs the chat-line (2hrs 10 mins). The chat-line asked a question and then returned 25 mins later for the answer only to ask anothr question with the same long delay again. The person that finally helped me via the phone stayed with me and answered all my initial questions. I was very pleased with his support.
The only disturbing complaint I have is that two of the cameras consistantly go "off-line" and I can only reconnect the signal if I unplug and then replug their electric cords. (I am not looking forward to call and wait to find out why?)
I am leary that the security of the wifi (no lock displayed) and passwords to access the cameras are not effective. You can establish passwords but the system never asks for them.
CONS: Schedules have to be set by the day and not by the hour. None of the microphones in the camers work. Never got an answer to my questions on the blog.
