  Thanks to your tracking, I was able to see that the jacket arrived in the mail today, even though it arrived after dark, as our mail comes about 6:30 p.m. I was so excited to see it wrapped in the colorful poly bag. It's a perfect fit and is exactly the color I was hoping it would be. I appreciate your honesty in describing even the small flaws with the zipper and pull, which is hardly noticeable. It was a real pleasure working with you. I know I will get a lot of use with my new LL Jacket.
