Should be banned from ebay. Should be banned from PayPal. Never supplied the item. Said on day on of sale would install on my hosting. I agreed. Never heard from them again. Wrote a number of times. Totally stopped communicating for no reason. Left me waiting a month for so called delivery for an item they were to install from their end. Have not indicated they will refund.
