This book is a good synopsis to the Simandl bass method. I gives a quick introduction so that the student can get used to different facets of the method, especially as a young player.

The Cello Rosin with a Pouch!

This is a wonderful cello rosin. Not easily distorted by heat, puts off the right amount on bow hair with not a great deal of effort required. The attached cloth keeps the holding hand free of the rosin dust. It gives a perfect grip of the hair to the cello strings. The holding pouch is a plus! Highly recommended!
