Solid, spacious and looks great!
The wife wanted one of these for years. Bought it for her for Birthday/ Christmas. Very happy!
The piece is very well packed and quite heavy. The only assembly is to install the top lid - 5 screws in pre-drilled holes, takes longer to unpack.
Totally satisfied with this purchase.

Slot Cars you should know
As a sporadic HO slot collector , this book was very helpful as I missed a great deal of the Tomy era. Even though some of the color pictures are a little fuzzy it's better than no picture at all. The black and whites are quite clear.
Part numbers and the explanation to decode them was very helpful , and I found a number of cars I didn't know about.
If you collect HO scale slots then for the price you really should buy this book, it's a nice addition to the others out there and good reading.
Note that as the '98 edition the price guides won't do much good today but that has to be your own judgement call on what is reasonable or not.
