Disappointing
3 of 5 found this helpful When the product works, it's great -- the problem is that it cuts in and out regularly. It's also hard to fit the ear pieces in so they stay -- when they come out while running it's a high risk of losing one down a street grate or the like. Also, the left one seems to cut out on its own and then it can be hard to repair them without the charging case.
Overall I really wanted to like these. Poissibly I got a dud pair but I'm definitely returning!
