  The first one they sent me was used, but when I reached out about it, they sent me another one. The second one had a couple scuffs on it, but it definitely wasn't used. (They had explained to me when I first reached out that there may be a couple scuffs from the bulk rubbing on each other). Overall, good customer service and they sent me a new one free of charge.
