Sonos Arc White Certified Refurbished - Premium Smart Soundbar

Not Worth It!

I bought a refurbished Sonos Arc on eBay from Sonos. The product was defective. It had a popping sound as soon as I took it out of the box. After trying to set it up for 3 hours, I called Sonos, and they said the unit was defective. They sent another refurbished unit, and this one works without any issues. The Sonos setup is a mess, and the app is even messier. Setting up the new unit wasn't easy either. I don't understand why people rate this so highly.
