Item arrive safely, but was surprised that it was not packaged in a box. Came wrapped in corrugate in a padded envelope.

I do my best to ensure your item arrives safely, that's why I first wrapped in padded material , cut and created a box around it to accommodate, and then put small box into padded mailer.
