So Close....
The sporran itself is very nice and just what I was looking for. However, the leather belt ends were extremely thin and of a much lower grade of leather. While they're not a visual focal point for the sporran, their long-term durability is very much questionable. I should note, I also have an identical version of this sporran in black leather and those belt ends are of excellent quality. Not sure why the ones that came with the brown sporran were so very different.

The Book is better than the Movie
The book that "Christmas with the Kranks" is based on, John Gresham's "Skipping Christmas" is a much better and interesting story than the screen play based on the book and used for the movie. I know, that's a shocker, but it really is a more in-depth and interesting story without some of the goofy plot twists they added to the movie.

Gave our Garmin Edge 705 a second life!
This is the 2nd Garmin Edge 705 we've installed one of these same brand/model/mfr batteries in and they give the older devices a new lease on life! A far better option than buying an expensive replacement for the one-time, very expensive Garmin Edge 705's. Replacement is relatively easy and not highly technical: remove six screws, two electronics connectors, and "peel" the old battery out. Use some double-sided tape to attach the new one, press it all back together making sure the gasket is seated, and replace the six screws. 10 minute job.
