Excellent content and value
Priced at only a few dollars, this book is a steal at only a few pages in. It contains eye-opening revelations for sufferers of the anxiety disorder and is exactly what I’ve been needing/looking for. I would definitely recommend this book if you have either recently been diagnosed with PTSD, have a loved on who is battling the disorder, or if you’ve been in denial about your own diagnosis. The content is hard hitting, and we’ll worth the price. 10/10 Would buy again.
