  paid $9 for shipping to get it shipped the slowest way possible.purchased on dec 11 and its still not here and according to tracking it does not say where it is. when contacting the seller all i got was the tracking info which i already knew and was no help

  shipping was only $4.75 ground just like everyone else pays. I can not help what the Post Office does or does not do. Again I am sorry and if you want a refund that is OK, just file the paper work please. Thank You for your order.
