Grips are pretty nice quality and feel, I haven't got to put any real miles on them yet. The pictures are accurate. Be careful with the install, I push mine on a bit too far on the throttle tube side slightly tearing the end.

Kill switch does its job.

It plugged right in to my factory harness on my 2006 Yamaha WR250f, and works well. It looks very close to stock.
