Makes great fluffy omelets but impossible to clean
First the good: Used three times and it made two perfect fluffy delicious omelets in about 8 to 10 minutes. And even though the size of the omelets were fairly small they were ok for us. Now the bad, the very bad: There is no seal between the metal omelet plates and the plastic housing. As the liquid raw eggs begin to cook and expand they flow down into that cavity between the metal plates and the plastic housing and there is no way to get into that hollow area to clean. What a mess and horrible smell after several days/weeks of rotting raw eggs. Into the trash it went after three uses and unfortunately after the production of very nice omelets.
