THIS IS A GREAT PHONE. IT IS ONE OF THE STONGEST UNITS I HAVE EVER USED. NO MATTER HOW MUCH THIS THING GETS BUMPED AROUND IT JUST KEEPS WORKING. CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM T-MOBILE IS VERY GOOD. THIS IS A RECOMENDED MODEL IF YOU CAN FIND ONE.
