Pennywise is a toy or a novelty item. Not a collector’s item of dark, scary or creepy dolls.
I really wasn’t sure how to rate it. It all depends on what you’re looking for. If you’re looking for a toy or a novelty item then I suppose it rates a five. If you’re a collector and are looking to add to your darker, creepier collection I was on the disappointed side. Like I said if you’re looking for a toy or novelty item then you would be happy with it. It just wasn’t what I was looking for with the amount that I spent on it. It doesn’t measure up to the rest of my collection.
