beginer quality
2 of 2 found this helpful This instrument is fine for a beginner that does not have an ear for quality sound. If you want something that is better than a tin can you should find a different product. that being said, the Mando arrived in a timely manner with out any damage.

Incredible
I am A beginner but there was a notable improvement in the sound quality. I like that it sounds full and yet mellow, strong and not gritty. I will definitely continue to use this brand. I am very happy. I had tried a couple of cheaper brands but fell in love with this sound. I do think it takes a minute for the sound to warm up but it is well worth using.

easy to install
This jack is easy to install. The instruction manual is not very user friendly. The top piece twists of in its entirety for the manual crank but you feel like you are going to break it the first time. It did not work when It was plugged into the truck until we dismantled the plug and rearranged the wires to fit the truck. If you don't know what you are doing with electrical this could be very irritating and disheartening. once the jack is working it is easy to use. it runs slow but steady. you also have to have the running lights of your vehicle on for the pump to work. overall a nice looking and easy jack. just tricky with the electrical installation. after that its awesome.
