Flawed movie
0 of 1 found this helpful I know that it's a great movie but the very day I got it I tried watching it. It got half way through the movie and it starts all over again. I've tried it several times and the same thing happens. I still have it in the case but threw the packaging away. Can I send it back for an exchange or can I get a refund? I'd prefer getting the same movie. I've e-mailed the rating 3 or 4 times and haven't heard anything back. Thought it was strange because you guys have always got right back with me. Please exchange this movie for me. Thank you and God bless you.
