Slight damage during shipping
The hitch arrived quickly and was exactly as described. When mounting the unit I noticed that one of the tabs did not lineup with the factory mounting hole. Upon closer inspection I realized it must have been banged around during shipping. It took a little effort but I was able to bend it back into shape. Once repaired the installation went quickly without other issues. The hitch works great.

Replacement
The unit I received was different from the one
pictured although the model number was the
same. It appears to be working perfectly. Time
will tell how long it lasts.
