Philips Sonicare Essence HX5610 Toothbrush Handle + Power Charger HX5100

Model wasn't as portrayed.

I wanted the quadtimer feature as my previous Essence model had. I ordered this as a replacement but couldn't figure out how to turn the timer on. After contacting Phillips, it was determined that this was not an essence model but a Pro and did not have the quad timer feature. It still cleans like a Sonicare, but doesn't have the feature I really preferred.
