  I win on July 11th. I pay on July 11th. I wait. On July 22nd I asked if it has shipped and if there is tracking. No response. Five days later I ask for a refund from ebay (still processing...). Seller INSTANTLY relists item (handmade/unique) after I get a refund. I'd paid 10 bucks, but I guess the seller thought that wasn't enough and decided to not ship it so I'd ask for a refund and she could resell it for more money. What a scammer. Stay away from this nightmare.
