Apple Watch Nike+ series 3 Cell + GPS
Good value and near Apple Watch 4 performance. Price is still way up there. But shop for deals. Cell service plan Adds 10-15 onto your phone bill. Allows you to answer calls as an extension of your phone. Or if without phone - it works as standalone phone. When I have my phone - I turn off the cell option.
Uses about the same energy as a WiFi Apple Watch - you’ll have to charge every night.
