Best supplement I have taken in a while.
This Creatine works good for me. I have lifted for a long time and two scoops on strenuous days helps you recover and gain muscle mass. Works better than the other kinds of Creatine I have used. Just make sure you have enough protein and water. This Creatine won’t make you bloated and the serving size is smaller but works better.

Not Bad, Better Then Similar Products
I have used this on several occasions it takes a couple weeks to work. It increases energy and drive. For me it works well when I add other things to my daily routine such as lifting, protein powder, glutamine etc…. The only downside is it gives me a headache sometimes.
