Very secure
They fit snugly; the elastic is a tiny bit tight, I'd rather it be tight. I use the top band and tuck the bottom one under. I did decorate mine. I just dotted with acrylic, so it wouldn't damage anything. I find that one band is plenty to keep a tight seal for me, probably because I have a fairly full face.
