A little tricky
0 of 1 found this helpful Well I considered myself fairly descent in the tech department, then I got this. The android app is a little clunky and in my experience a darn right bare to get it to connect. Once that was done...by calling tech support..I moved on to setup my two insteon SD wifi camera's. Two things...insteon no longer supports the SD models and really won't even help out other than pointing you to the Manuel. I never could get the second camera to connect to the app. I eventually downloaded a separate app to connect and control them....this app worked flawlessly. Forgot to mention the camera I was able to connect to the app wasn't able to move the direction at all. The other switches and the leak detector as of now work great. I would recommend this if it's your first try at home automation, but based on the android app I would look at other products. I'm using this as a simple aquarium monitoring and leak detector.
