Amazing for headaches and muscle stiffness

This product works very well for headaches from neck and back stiffness. I have used it several times now and it just does the job of relaxing stiff muscles and I have noticed it helping a tension headache. Definitely recommended. (Always read the label, and consult your doctor).

Great book, inspirational read

Awesome book; interesting read. Has good makeup tips and gives information about how one can use makeup to communicate an idea, an image, a presence. To me, most sections are too dramatic for day to day practical makeup, but as with anything, you have to practice and drill -- and this guy (Kevin A) is inspirational to say the least. He is a true artist of his trade. I would recommend this, and other books by Kevin to others.
