  i purchased "vintage amperex" tubes. the tubes arrived, indicidually wrapped in bags labeled by seller as "amperex holland." none of the tubes the seller sent me were amperex holland. 3 were mazda belgium (see manufacture codes in photo) and 1 matsushita japan. i asked seller to clarify additional information. seller refused to cooperate and continued to lie about sending me comlpetely different tubes from what were in the listing and in the bags marked "amperex holland."

  Sometimes you can’t make someone happy. In this instance, as with all our sales, we offered the buyer a full refund. We stock over 3,000,000 tubes and have sold tubes since 1978. Unfortunately, this buyer doesn’t understand that different manufacturers made and labeled tubes for other companies. If you look at the photos, it’s clear that these tubes are “Amperex Holland,” confirmed electronically in testing & the tubes' internal structures.Please read all of our feedback&Reach out for anything.

  i clearly explained to the seller that tube manufacturers bought tubes from each other and relabeled them for sale, and that is why tube identity is verified by the manufacture codes acid-etched into the glass. now seller claims to know this yet somehow cant accept that, as shown in the photos i posted here and sent the seller, these tubes with mazda belgium manufacture codes are mazda belgium NOT "amperex holland."
