  Unprofessional experience. I was told an item was mislabeled. No big deal. Things happen. I sent a list of what I ordered and was told my order would be filled. Waited five days. Seller said they were able to get the beads I asked for. I didn’t ask you to find beads; I bought an item listed for sale. Waited 7 days. Arrived very poorly packaged. Two items were different than I ordered. The pictures and the descriptions on the webpage were not the same. I will never use this seller again.

  A little slow to ship. Not sure on the number of days but as described. The beads are pretty, but thinner than I expected. Not sure how old they are, the packaging looks old. I will have to work something up to say how much I like them. Right now I can picture how they will work. But over all I do love the colors.
