The perfect knife.
It's comfortable to hold, well balanced, and extremely sharp. Wish I'd had it years ago.

Sharp as a knife
This is unbelievably sharp yet strong. Grip was a bit bigger than expected but easy to get used to.

Great photos and recipes
The recipes are interesting without adding exotic ingredients. The photos are wonderful and make you want to try every recipe. I only wish I'd bought the too expensive version in a spiral binder so the pages stay open.
