No doubt about it, Columbia makes the best of these type of pants: They're light as a feather, hand-wash and dry quickly, and perfect for anyone who is often outdoors in the heat. The style with the drawstring has four pockets: two in front and two mid-thigh on the side. There is another style--a bit more streamlined---that has an elastic pull-on waist with no drawstring. THOSE are a perfect cut, but I thought I'd mix it up a bit and try these. Not totally disappointed, but they did not fit.
