Best book on the market for Gluten Free cooking, baking, eating!
2 of 2 found this helpful Love this book. It's easy to read and understand. The authors talk to you as if you were standing right next to them. There is a lot of research and explaining done to write this book and their testing all the different flours and methods makes these recipes trusted and delicious. I use this book like a bible and have ordered the second edition of the same title as well. Highly recommend this book!
