  After giving them + feedback without inspecting the item, the day came to install the plug. I found the plug had been marred and damaged with pliers. Luckily, I was able to salvage it. Quality should have been much better. Beware and inspect before giving approval. Return if necessary. Don't settle for less.

  Buyer had an issue with the unit I sent him. Admittedly, I should have inspected it more closely than I did. Had a cosmetic issue that wasn’t visible when installed. But that’s all on me . What wasn’t mentioned was that as soon as he reported a problem, I immediately sent out a replacement. Buyer indicated that it was satisfactory.
