Can’t live without it

This traction bar is the reason I don’t have to pay the chiropractor $50 for a session each week. It has helped keep the pain from my severe disc herniation at a minimum. As long as you use it properly, it can be a great therapeutic tool!

Great for licensed professionals

I’ve been a massage therapist for almost two decades, and I’ve seen lots of “reflexology” books out there that basically teach the layperson to do a foot massage. This book, in the other hand, has a detailed routine and relevant information to those of us actually licensed to provide a reflexology treatment. I’m thankful for this recommendation. I actually borrowed the book from the library before deciding to buy it. Worth every penny!
